Mercedes GLA H247 door lights (from 2020)
For the second GLA you have to put three Mercedes parts pages side by side. The first ties the logo projector to code U62, the Light and Sight package. The second says the kit is for the front doors. The third lists, for the H247, an adapter that is fitted together with the projector and that, according to Mercedes, stops the light from flickering. Taken together: U62, two doors, and a lamp you look at carefully first.

What your car needs
The projector replaces the exit light in the front door. Mercedes writes that its installation kit (A 247 820 87 02) can only be fitted to cars that have this door exit lighting, and lists the H247 with code U62.
The page of that kit holds two exclusions: not together with the logo projection in the exterior mirror (code 587), and not for AMG models.
For the H247, the Mercedes projector comes with an adapter (A 247 820 76 03) which, according to Mercedes, prevents flickering. Compare the lamp in your door with our connector photos, or send us a picture before you order.

Set of 2. The Mercedes kit contains a left and a right projector for the front doors; rear doors are not named for the H247.
Frequently asked questions
How do I know I have the H247 and not the first GLA?
By the build date: Mercedes lists the H247 from 04/2020. If your GLA is older than that, use our page about the GLA X156; the rule there is simpler.
I drive a GLA 35 or GLA 45. Does this apply to me?
According to the parts page, Mercedes's installation kit is not for AMG models. If you drive one, send us a photo of the lamp in your door before ordering.
Why does Mercedes mention an adapter?
According to Mercedes, the adapters prevent the projector from flickering. They are ordered separately and belong with installation kit A 247 820 87 02.
