Credit card and payment information is processed securely by third-party payment providers. RD Customz does not store full payment card details.
We do our best to display product information, photos, prices, descriptions and availability as accurately as possible.
However, we cannot guarantee that all information on our website is always complete, accurate or current. Product colors, details and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, product updates or manufacturing differences.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, change prices, modify products or discontinue products at any time.
Some RD Customz products are vehicle-specific. Compatibility can depend on the vehicle model, year, trim, connector type, factory lighting and regional specification. Please give accurate vehicle information and contact us before ordering if you are unsure. If a product does not fit, you can return it under our Refund policy.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate order, billing, shipping and contact information.
We may cancel or refuse an order if the information provided is incorrect, incomplete, suspicious or appears to be fraudulent.
If we make changes to or cancel an order, we will try to notify you using the email address or phone number provided at checkout.
All prices are shown in the currency on the website and include VAT where applicable. Prices and availability may change; the price shown when you place your order applies to that order.
A crossed-out price or a discount percentage is only shown for a genuine, time-limited promotion. The crossed-out reference price is the lowest price we charged for that product in the 30 days before the promotion started.
We dispatch orders within 3 working days (Saturdays, Sundays and Dutch public holidays excluded) and ship with tracking. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the carrier and destination. Shipping costs, free-shipping conditions and what happens with delivery problems are described in our Shipping policy.
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days after receiving the order. In addition, RD Customz offers a voluntary return period of 30 days after receipt. How to return, conditions and refunds are described in our Refund policy, which also contains the model withdrawal form.
For a change-of-mind return you pay the direct cost of sending the product back. If a product is defective, not as described or the wrong item, the return costs you nothing. We refund within 14 days after you tell us you are returning a product; if you withdraw from the whole order within the statutory 14 days, we also refund the standard delivery costs. We may wait with the refund until we have received the product or you have shown that you sent it.
Under Dutch law you are entitled to a product that works as you may reasonably expect (the statutory guarantee, also called conformity). It has no fixed end date: how long it applies depends on the kind of product, its price and what was promised. If a problem appears within one year of delivery, we must prove that it was caused by misuse; after that year, you must show that you used the product normally. If a product is defective, not as described or the wrong item was delivered, we solve it free of charge within a reasonable time, including return shipping. RD Customz does not offer a separate commercial warranty; your statutory rights always apply.
Please contact us soon after you notice a problem, with your order number and photos or a video. We repair or replace the product free of charge within a reasonable time, including shipping costs; your other statutory remedies remain available.
Please check products carefully before installation. RD Customz is not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation, forced fitment, misuse, modification or incorrect wiring. This does not limit your statutory rights if a product itself is defective. If you return a product under our Refund policy after installing it beyond what is needed to check it, we may deduct the resulting loss in value.
All content on this website, including text, images, product photos, graphics, logos, designs and branding, is owned by or licensed to RD Customz and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use our content without written permission.
Any third-party brand names, vehicle names or logos used on our website are used only to indicate compatibility or product reference, unless stated otherwise. RD Customz is an independent aftermarket brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially connected to any vehicle manufacturer.
