Audi TT door lights: 8J and FV (2006–2022)
The TT keeps it simple. Two doors, and in Audi's accessory data one condition for both the second and the third generation: the logo projector is listed with equipment code QQ1, for the front doors. If your TT has QQ1, a set of 2 covers the whole car.
Which TT do you have?
-
TT second generation 8J
2006–2014
Rounded body with a pronounced shoulder line; Coupé and Roadster.
-
TT third generation FV
2015–2022
Often called 8S. Sharper lines, and the instruments are a single screen behind the steering wheel with no separate centre display.

What your car needs

The projector replaces the factory LED entry lamp under each door. For the TT (type codes 8J and FV) Audi lists its own projector, part 4G0 052 133 G, only with QQ1. A TT without that code normally has no lamp in the door.
Look for QQ1 on the vehicle data sticker in the service booklet or in the luggage compartment.
With the long doors of a TT the light lands well beside the car. Open the door at dusk: a white patch on the ground means you are set.
2 or 4 lights?
Coupé or Roadster, a TT has two doors. The set of 2 is the complete set for this car; a set of 4 has no use here.
