Audi A4 B8 door-entry lights
Audi's accessory listing for its own LED logo projector (part 4G0 052 133 G) does not include the A4 B8, so there is no Audi equipment code to go by. The rule is simply the lamp: if your A4 B8 has a factory courtesy lamp at the bottom of the door, the projector replaces it, plug & play. That goes for the A4 B8 from 2007, for the facelift from 2011 and for the S4.

What your car needs
The projector clicks into the existing courtesy lamp at the bottom of your door. If your A4 B8 has no lamp there from the factory, there is no connector to plug into, and the set does not fit.
Audi's accessory listing names no equipment code for the A4 B8, because the A4 B8 is not in it. So there is nothing to look up on the data sticker: the lamp in the door is the check. Open each door in the dark; where a white light falls on the ground, there is a lamp the projector can replace.
Audi uses two types of connector under the door: a narrow one for the LED version and a wider one for the older halogen version. You don't need to check which one you have: enter your model and year when you order and we send the right version. How to replace the lamp →

2 or 4 lights?
Set of 2 = front doors, set of 4 = all four. Choose the set of 4 only if the rear doors of your A4 B8 also have a courtesy lamp.
Frequently asked questions
The newer A4 B9 is in Audi's list. Why not the A4 B8?
Audi does not say. Its listing for the LED logo projector (4G0 052 133 G) names the A4 B9 with its equipment codes, but not the A4 B8. That says nothing against your car: what counts is a factory lamp at the bottom of the door. If in doubt, you can always send us a photo.
Does the 2011 facelift make a difference?
Not for the connection. Before or after the facelift, the projector goes into the existing lamp. Enter your model and year when you order and we send the right version.
Does this also apply to the S4?
Yes. The S4 belongs to the same B8 generation, and the same rule applies: a factory courtesy lamp at the bottom of the door.
My A4 B8 has no lamp in the door. Can I still fit the set?
No. Without a factory lamp there is no connector to plug into, and we do not supply wiring kits.
