Audi Q4 e-tron door-entry lights

Audi's accessory listing for its own LED logo projector names equipment codes for models such as the A3, A4, A6, Q3 and Q5, but not for the Q4 e-tron: neither the SUV nor the Sportback is on it. For the Q4 e-tron the rule is therefore simply the lamp: if your car has a factory courtesy lamp at the bottom of the door, the projector takes its place, plug & play.

How to order: enter your car model and year when you order. We send the right version for your car.

Which Q4 e-tron do you have?

  • Q4 e-tron and Q4 Sportback e-tron F4

    2021–2026

Audi's compact electric SUV, built from 2021; the Sportback has a sloping, coupé-like roofline. Not named in Audi's accessory listing for the logo projector.

What your car needs

Audi door-entry light housing seen from the back, with its single connector
The Audi version: a single connector at the back. Enter your model and year when you order and we send the right version.

The projector clicks into the existing courtesy lamp at the bottom of your door. If your car has no lamp there from the factory, there is no connector to plug into.

Audi's accessory list gives no equipment code for the Q4 e-tron, neither for the SUV nor for the Sportback. So there is no code on the vehicle data sticker to look up.

Body style and trim level make no difference to the connection: what matters is the lamp in the door.

Audi uses two types of connector under the door: a narrow one for the LED version and a wider one for the older halogen version. You don't need to check which one you have: enter your model and year when you order and we send the right version. How to replace the lamp →

The option codes on this page are the manufacturer's rules for its own original projector.

2 or 4 lights?

Set of 2 = front doors, set of 4 = all four. Whether a set of 4 makes sense depends on the rear doors: open each door in the dark and count the doors where a white light falls on the ground.

Frequently asked questions

Why is the Q4 e-tron not on Audi's list?
Audi does not say. Its accessory listing for the logo projector gives codes for models such as the A3, A4, A6, Q3 and Q5; the Q4 e-tron is not among them. That does not rule out a Q4 e-tron, it only means there is no Audi code to go by. What counts is a factory lamp at the bottom of the door.
Does the Q4 Sportback e-tron count too?
Yes. The Sportback is the version of the same model (type code F4) with the sloping roofline. Audi's list names neither version, so the same rule applies: a factory lamp at the bottom of the door.
Is the Q4 e-tron the same car as the e-tron or Q8 e-tron?
No. The Q4 e-tron is the compact electric SUV that arrived in 2021. The e-tron (2019–2022), called Q8 e-tron from 2023, is a larger model with its own page. Audi's list names neither of them.
Do I need to work out which version my Q4 e-tron needs?
No. Enter your model and year when you order and we send the right version. If in doubt, you can always send us a photo.

Help and explanation

Other Audi models

Equipment-code information: Audi Genuine Accessories listing for the entry LED “Audi rings”, part 4G0 052 133 G (Audi Zentrum Ingolstadt), consulted 16 September 2026. The Q4 e-tron (F4) is not named in it. RD Customz sells its own aftermarket set, not an Audi genuine part.
