Welcome to RD Customz. Below, you’ll find our shipping policy, designed to give you clear information about delivery times, tracking, and how we handle lost, damaged or undeliverable packages.
Shipping Times
All orders are shipped with insured Express Delivery for a fast, secure and reliable delivery experience.

Worldwide: 1–2 business days
Custom or special-order items: delivery time may vary
Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Courier delays, customs checks, busy periods or circumstances outside of our control may affect the final delivery date.
Free Express Delivery
We offer Free Express Delivery from €70.
For orders below €70, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Track & Trace
Every order includes a tracking number. Once your package has been shipped, you can follow your order using the tracking details sent by email.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. RD Customz is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Lost Packages
If your tracking has not updated for a longer period of time, please contact us at:
We will investigate the shipment with the courier. If the package is officially confirmed as lost, we will arrange a suitable solution, such as a replacement shipment.
Stolen Packages
RD Customz is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the courier but are later reported as stolen.
Please keep an eye on your tracking information and make sure someone is available to receive the package when possible. If your package has been stolen after delivery, we recommend contacting the courier directly.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery or failure to collect the package, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the order.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable in these cases.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Clear photos of the packaging
- Your order number
After reviewing the case, we will help you with a suitable solution.
Delays Due to Customs, Weather or Force Majeure
Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside of our control, such as customs inspections, severe weather, holidays, courier delays, strikes or other unexpected events.
We always do our best to keep your order moving, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates during such situations.
Holiday Delays
During busy periods such as holidays, Black Friday, Christmas or major sales events, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.
We recommend placing your order early during these periods to avoid delays.
