At RD Customz, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, or if something is not right, we will always do our best to find a fair solution.

Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Period

You have the right to request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • Undamaged
  • Complete
  • In its original packaging
  • Returned with all included accessories, manuals and parts

Products that are installed, used, damaged, scratched, altered, incomplete or returned without the original packaging may not be accepted or may be subject to a reduced refund.

Installed or Used Products

Automotive products must be checked carefully before installation.

Products that have been installed, mounted, connected, wired, test-fitted or used are not eligible for a standard return, unless the product is defective or incorrect due to our mistake.

Signs of installation or use include, but are not limited to:

  • Scratches or marks
  • Bent pins or damaged connectors
  • Damaged wiring
  • Missing parts
  • Modified or altered products
  • Packaging damage beyond normal inspection

This helps us ensure that returned items are safe, complete and suitable for resale.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Clear photos of the packaging
  • A short description of the issue
  • A video if the issue is difficult to show with photos

After reviewing the case, we will offer a suitable solution such as a replacement, repair, store credit or refund where applicable.

Compatibility & Fitment

Please make sure that the product you order is suitable for your vehicle.

For door lighting and other vehicle-specific products, compatibility may depend on the model, year, trim, connector type and original factory lighting.

If you are unsure whether a product fits your vehicle, please contact us before ordering. We are happy to help you check compatibility.

RD Customz is not responsible for incorrect orders caused by wrong model selection, incomplete vehicle information or incorrect fitment assumptions by the customer.

Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as the customer is responsible for the return shipment until it has been delivered to us.

If the return is caused by a confirmed mistake on our side or a confirmed defective product, we will provide a suitable solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs & Free Delivery

If you return your full order within the legal return period, the standard delivery costs may be refunded where applicable.

Extra delivery services, express upgrades or additional shipping costs may not be refundable.

If free shipping was applied to your order and the order no longer meets the free shipping threshold after a partial return, the original shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned, unless they arrive defective or incorrect:

  • Custom-made or special-order products
  • Products made specifically for your vehicle
  • Used or installed products
  • Damaged or incomplete products
  • Products with missing accessories or packaging
  • Gift cards

Order Cancellations

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you may request a cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible at:

Cancellations are not guaranteed. If your order has already been packed, handed to the courier or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, you may request a return after receiving the order.

Undeliverable Packages

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery or failure to collect the package, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the order.

Original shipping costs may not be refundable in these cases.

Lost or Delayed Packages

All orders are shipped with tracking.

If your package is delayed or the tracking has not updated for a longer period of time, please contact us at:

We will investigate the shipment with the courier. If the package is officially confirmed as lost, we will offer a suitable solution.

Stolen Packages

RD Customz is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the courier but are later reported as stolen.

Please keep an eye on your tracking information and make sure someone is available to receive the package when possible. If theft is suspected, we recommend contacting the courier directly.

Warranty

Warranty claims and return requests are handled separately.

A warranty claim does not automatically mean that a refund will be issued. Depending on the situation, the solution may include repair, replacement, store credit or another suitable solution.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, forced fitment, modification, incorrect wiring, damaged connectors or normal wear and tear.
