Which key cover fits my car key? Audi, BMW and Mercedes-Benz
A key cover protects your car key from scratches and gives it a premium look. But car keys differ in shape and button layout, even within one brand. That is why we have three key types per brand. Here is how to pick the right one.
Step 1: Look at the shape of your key
Hold your key next to the product photos. Compare the outline: is your key rounded, rectangular or narrow at the top? Is there a fold-out blade or a separate emergency key?
Step 2: Compare the buttons
Count the buttons and look at where they sit. The button layout is the easiest way to tell key types apart. Each product page shows the key shape the cover fits.
Step 3: Choose your key type
- Key covers for Audi: key type 1, 2 or 3
- Key covers for BMW: key type 1, 2 or 3
- Key covers for Mercedes-Benz: key type 1, 2 or 3
